STUDY, through a specialized manager, to analyze the sustainability of basketball clubs in our area of action: Galicia.
The objective is to define key indicators of circularity, make a global diagnosis, and propose improvement actions.
The study will have different phases.
1. Initial study
2. Analysis of the pilot entities: clubs in the territory (survey and data collection).
3. Data analysis and generation of indicators and diagnosis of opportunities for improvement.
